Talking about exteriors jazz now having a bold all-black front grille and City-like sharp headlamps dominating the scene at front. The side profile looks almost identical to the earlier model, with an addition of prominent shoulder line running across the doors. While a wide band of chrome and chunky LED lights on the rear compliments the overall look of the new Jazz. It's now have 13mm longer wheelbase, more legroom than the old Jazz. It has sporty 15-inch alloy wheels.
Talking about interior it now come in a black and beige theme for the mid variants, and all-black for the top-end of the range. The dash layout is just like that of the City, equipped with a 6.2-inch touch-screen infotainment system. It has 9 cup holders. It comes with 354 ltr boot space.
Under the hood it comes with 1.2-litre i-VTEC petrol engine that has been carried forward, and a 1.5-litre i-DTEC engine that powers all diesel-Hondas in the country. The petrol engine puts out 90PS of maximum power and 110Nm of peak torque. An automatic gearbox is on offer along with the 5-speed manual. Claimed mileage of the manual models stands at 18.7 kmpl, marginally less than the 19 kmpl mileage posted by the CVT counterpart. The 1.5 litre I-DTEC engine has the same figures as the Amaze and the City, delivering out 100 PS and 200 Nm. The ARAI tested mileage of the diesel Jazz is 27.3 kmpl. Diesel variant comes with ABS and EBD as standard.
